About Odd Palette

Odd Palette is the brand providing the visual style workspace at oddpalette.com. These terms govern your use of our software. Contact the operator at support@oddpalette.com.

What you receive

Odd Palette helps designers create projects, save and edit visual style recipes and templates, export style JSON, and generate digital images from a creative brief and references. We do not print or ship greeting cards. Saved styles guide generation but do not guarantee identical, exclusive or error-free results.

Your account and content

Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in codes private. You must be at least 18 or the age required to enter a binding agreement where you live. Upload only material you have permission to use. You retain your rights in your inputs and grant us permission to process and store them to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your original content. Rights in generated outputs depend on applicable law and third-party rights; we cannot guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or clearance. Review outputs before commercial use.

Plans and credits

Creator costs $15 per month with 75 credits, or $150 per year with 900 credits. Studio costs $35 per month with 300 credits, or $350 per year with 3,600 credits. Annual credits are issued upfront, not monthly. Both plans provide one personal workspace. Extra credits, when offered, cost $12 for 50 credits as a one-time purchase. Prices are in USD; the final total is shown before you approve payment.

Subscription credits expire at the end of the paid monthly or annual period and do not roll over. Extra credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. The generation cost is shown before submission. Failed generations return the credits charged; credits belonging to an expired period are not extended. A successful output uses credits even if you choose not to use it.

Payments, renewals and cancellation

Odd Palette supplies the software service. PayPal processes payments under its applicable user agreement; PayPal is not the merchant of record for this service. Subscriptions automatically renew on the selected monthly or annual cycle until cancelled. Cancel before your next billing date from your account or through PayPal automatic payments, or request assistance from support. Cancellation stops future renewals; current access and subscription credits continue until the paid period ends. It does not automatically refund past charges. See our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive or deceptive content, exploitative sexual content, malware or unauthorized access. Do not bypass usage limits or share paid access. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, payment disputes or security incidents, and will provide an explanation and a way to contact us where reasonably possible.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but maintenance and third-party outages can interrupt it. Keep copies of important exports. If a paid service cannot be delivered, contact us for a remedy or refund review. Material plan or term changes will be communicated before they affect an existing paid subscription where required. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
