Who this policy covers

Odd Palette operates the workspace at oddpalette.com. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@oddpalette.com.

Information we process

We process your email, account name, sign-in and session records; projects, reference images, style recipes, prompts and generated images; credit usage, subscription and order identifiers; and messages you send to support, including email headers and attachments. Security and hosting services may process IP addresses and request logs. PayPal handles payment details; we do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, save your work, generate requested images, deliver emails, manage subscriptions and credits, answer questions, prevent abuse and meet recordkeeping obligations. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of our agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, and consent where required.

Optional Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address and basic profile name to authenticate you and associate your workspace. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars. Google processes the sign-in under its own privacy policy. You can continue using email-code sign-in instead.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, file storage and incoming email processing. Resend delivers sign-in and support emails. PayPal processes checkout, recurring payments and refunds under its own privacy statement. We retain order, transaction and service-delivery records for billing and dispute handling. External AI processing providers receive the prompts and reference material needed to generate your requested output. Processing may occur outside your country. Do not upload sensitive personal information or content you lack permission to share.

We do not sell your personal information or publish your private projects as a public gallery. Authorized support access and service-provider processing may be needed to operate the service.

Cookies and browser storage

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage for workspace preferences, drafts and checkout recovery. Clearing this storage can sign you out or remove locally saved state.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and project data while needed to provide your workspace. Contact support to request access, correction, export or deletion. We may verify account ownership before acting. Some payment, security and dispute records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons; backups and service-provider records may remain for their applicable retention periods. Cancellation alone does not delete your saved work.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, obtain a portable copy, or complain to a relevant supervisory authority. We do not intentionally collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Security and policy changes

We restrict workspace access and protect credentials, but no online service is completely secure. We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice where required.
