What does one credit buy?
Grok Draft and Seedream Flash use 1 credit; Grok Standard/Automatic and Seedream Pro use 2. Grok uses 1K output and Seedream Pro uses 2K. The selected model and cost are shown before generation. Credits measure generation usage; saving a style does not consume generation credits.
What happens to unused credits?
Monthly plans issue credits each month, expiring at the end of that paid month. Annual plans are paid yearly and issue credits monthly (75 for Creator; 300 for Studio). Credits reset on your subscription’s monthly anniversary; unused credits do not roll over. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Extra credits do not expire. The studio uses subscription credits first, then extra credits.
How does annual billing work?
Creator costs $150 per year and Studio costs $350 per year, charged in one payment. You save two months compared with 12 monthly payments (16.7%). The displayed monthly equivalent is for comparison only. Credits are issued each month: 75 for Creator or 300 for Studio. Unused credits expire at the next monthly anniversary and do not roll over. Annual memberships renew yearly until cancelled.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Manage renewal and payment details from your account through PayPal. Cancel renewal before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Your prepaid membership continues until its paid term ends; credits still reset monthly during that term. Saved styles, images and purchased extra credits remain in your account.
What if a generation fails?
A failed generation returns credits to the balance it used. Credits from an expired subscription period are not extended or converted into permanent credits. A successfully generated image uses credits even if you decide to refine it again.
Is Studio a team plan?
Both memberships are for one personal workspace. Studio adds larger prompt packs, more saved systems, more visual reviews and the developer ZIP. Team seats, custom model training and automated batch image generation are not included.
How do workflow allowances work?
Free includes one selected template, two saved visual systems, three-subject prompt packs and one successful visual review once. Creator includes 30 systems, ten-subject packs and five successful reviews per calendar month. Studio includes 200 systems, 100-subject packs and 20 successful reviews per calendar month, plus developer ZIP exports. Paid review allowances reset on the first day of each month (UTC); image credits reset on your subscription anniversary. Failed reviews do not use the review allowance. Previously saved systems remain editable and individually exportable after cancellation. Prompt packs generate text, not batches of images. The current image engine is xAI; other model prompts can be exported for external testing.
Are there additional charges?
Prices are in US dollars. The final payment total is shown before approval. Memberships renew monthly or annually according to your chosen plan until cancelled; extra credit purchases do not renew. We do not automatically purchase extra credits when your balance runs out.
